I’d have to say lust, but not in the usual sense. She doesn’t lust after people or things necessarily, but she has a deep wanderlust that, until she meets the Doctor in BTaS, she can’t quite satiate on her own.
15. Who do they hate the most?
Her mother treated her horribly as a child. For years she was abused and watched her younger sibling being treated like an angel and handled with kid gloves. She never resented her brother for it, but she certainly resents he mother even after so many years.
Anything that makes her seem foolish. She’s very smart, thinks quickly on her feet, and sometimes the best solution to a problem isn’t always the most graceful.
Though she does have a more playful side of her personality, she’s often embarrassed when it’s pointed out. Growing up, she was always told to act her age. Now her age is far from reflected in her appearance, and sometimes that youthful levity beams through. She’s quick to reign it in, however, and focus on what’s serious and immediate and practical.

Wanton violence, especially against people who can’t fight back.
One of the harder lessons one learns on the TARDIS is the many ways people can be cruel. While anyone they encounter doing awful things for their own gain puts a sour taste in Zepheera’s mouth. She cannot tolerate people destroying things and people in their path, much less abuse toward borrowers or others smaller than average and children of any size.
23. How does envy manifest itself? (they take what they want, they become resentful, etc.)
It isn’t often that Zepheera is truly envious of someone. When she is, I don’t see her acting on it. If the thing she envies can be earned in some way, she’d take great strides to achieve what she wants. She’d never take it from someone.
34. How hard is it for them to shake off a sense of guilt?
Depends. Did she lie to her friend in order to spare his feelings? Then she can shake off the guilt fairly easily.
Feeling responsible for the death of her little brother? Impossible to shake.

The faceclaim for the borrower Tow’er Furnace, featured in the BTaS story ‘Lost Things Being Found’, is Rupert Graves of BBC Sherlock fame. I couldn’t stop picturing Lestrade in a borrower getup as I was writing, and his character personally makes me smile. He’s an absolute sweetheart.
Since I’m taking an indefinite hiatus on my Ao3 series, ‘Borrowed Time (and Space)’, I’ve decided to start this blog to keep connected with my readers, give updates on how writing and revisions are going, and have some fun along the way. I already have a few cute ideas, but for the most part I’m coming into this without expectations. Essentially, a lot of my content will be entirely up to you!
My biggest hope here is that this will help me get into the habit of writing every day, and give me a better idea about what my readers are interested in. And since Sherlock and Supernatural have had their big giant/tiny kicks, why not give Doctor Who some G/T love?
Asks are open! Any questions you might have for me or any of the characters in my series (The Tenth Doctor, Zepheera, and so on) or from any AUs that might arise from this blog. Who knows? It’s exciting though!

A few ground rules though.I will not write anything NSFW. I’m not against it, but I am not comfortable with writing it at all. I honestly wouldn’t know where to begin. I also will not write the Doctor and Zepheera in a romantic relationship. Again, I don’t hate giant/tiny couples. This simply is not the vision I have for these characters. I’m sure I’ll come up with further rules, and when I do I’ll put up a page for them, but I think this’ll do for now.
